Hey guys.
I'm in first year computer science and I'm doing quite poorly in the two required maths in second term (1ZB3 and 1ZC3).
I'd like to drop these two courses and take them over the summer. I don't know much about summer school or dropping courses, and I've only really started considering this in the past couple days.
Can anyone enlighten me if I am able to drop mandatory courses and take them over the summer, and still move on to level 2 without issue? How will this affect OSAP or co-op? Also, where can I check the fees for each of the courses?
Thanks in advance

You better drop it fast,
"The last day to cancel term 2 or 3 courses without academic penalty is March 11, 2011."
And those 2 courses ARE offered during the summer, you are lucky. =)

Both of these courses are listed in the summer school timetable, so...
As to whether it will effect level 2 eligibility.. you should speak to a faculty advisor tomorrow morning, because the deadline on drop dates is March 11th I think.

Thanks, will speak with student services tomorrow. Do you guys have at least a general idea of how much it will cost in terms of fees, or will I have to add the coures in SOLAR and check the payment agreement notice?

It ranges from 500-700.
When I took a calc course over the summer, it cost me roughly $525

Probably just them failing to update all the pages to reflect the current year. Either way he still needs to drop ASAP.

Thanks for the heads up guys!
As for signing up for these courses for the spring/summer term, I would do that on SOLAR? It doesn't seem to be available yet.
