Actually, it is open. Just because that schedule "isn't in effect" until that date doesn't mean that they wouldn't still be running an old schedule

The summer schedule ended August 27th though. There is no schedule between August 27th and September 14th. I assume that because of this reason the pool would be closed.

Yeah, its closed, cause I went there 10pm at night hoping for night swim. Guess not happening till the 14th
