Hi, I am absolutely loving Mac, and ive been telling my friends this, and some that are first year at Mohawk are now wanting to transfer to Mac. Can you tell me if this is poissible, and if it is how they can go about doing this? thanks

You can transfer, and some college credits may transfer over too. But it completely depends on what program they want to transfer into and what classes were completed in high school to be able to do this.

Their best bet is to talk to the faculty they are interested in. They can point them in the right direction on how to apply and/or if it's even possible.
