What exactly is the situation?

Well I'm currently enrolled in a course at another university and I'm not doing as well as I hoped. I have two options - to either cancel the course (which shows up on the mcmaster transcript) or to continue with the course and possible just pass (not enough to get a 60% to be considered as a transfer credit so it will be considered as "No Credit")

I was just wondering which is better? I was thinking of doing grad school at some point. Would having No credit affect my chances?

Pass it! Transfer credit isn't taken into your average at McMaster, the average which will ultimately be used for grad school.

What about No Credit? Does anyone know anything about what effects it has?

Actually, grad/professional schools ask to see transcripts from all universities you've attended, so courses taken on LOP at other schools do count in the averages for admission. They will not count towards your McMaster CA for the purposes of awards/scholarships/ability to stay in your program though.
