Cancel all term 1 courses
Hey, due to some family issues I have to cancel all my term 1 courses. So just want to know if some here has ever cancelled all the courses in a particular term and what usually happens if one does this?

I would talk to your academic adviser

though what would probably happen is that they would simply show up as cancelled on your transcript and you can just take the course again at later time.

Best of luck

Go to solar. Drop every course. Go to student accounts and see how much you get back. Also go to gilmour hall if you were on OSAP to see how much you have to pay the government back. On solar it will say cancelled for every course.

You will only get 30% of your money refunded (if you drop between today and Oct 26), you won't be a full-time student anymore, it'll probably significantly affect OSAP (if you're on it), and it could put you behind a lot if second term courses have first-term prereqs.

As long as you're still registered in Term 2 courses you will still be enrolled at the university.
I'd discuss this with an academic advisor, since they can give you information specific to your situation, and perhaps they know of alternatives that might help you out.
