if you get into ur timetables it means you've already logged in with ur mac id. all you have to do now is keep clicking on mugsi until that page with the continue button shows up. you wont hav to enter ur mac id again.

So, now that I'm on my timetable, all i have to do is keep refreshing that stupid page that says "max capacity" till it opens for me?

nonono, don't refresh that page!
If you look at the URL, it has http://blahblahsomething"maxon" - hence you're refreshing that URL and you'll just be brought back to the max capacity page, the login in page has another URL - you need to keep clicking on the mugsi link itself to get in. I made the mistake of refreshing the max capacity page a while ago haha

yea refreshing duznt do anything u gotta keep clicking mugsi to try to reaccess it

Assuming mugsi is using html, javascript and php markup. The error you are seeing about the max number of user is based on mysql error: max connections. http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/...nnections.html

Mugsi last 2 years as been running on Pentium 4, reason? Since mugsi only is used like once a year, they did not want to update the system to use Multithreading and more cores for processing. They did not even implement their own system, how much are we paying them again?!?!?
