hi i need my proof of enrollment in order to receive my RESP funds but when i tried to get the PDF on mosaic, a message came saying the following: "There is no data currently available for you to produce this letter." what does this mean and what can i do???

Can you not use your letter of acceptance and maybe back it up with a copy of your class schedule to prove you've enrolled in courses?

No because the acceptance letter doesn't show that you're enrolled. And a class schedule doesn't mean anything since there's nothing official about it. For all they know, you could be using someone else's class schedule. The proof of enrolment is printed with official letterhead, has a signature, explicitly states you're enrolled, and if you decide to get it delivered to you by mail, it will also have the school embossed stamp.

There's actually a chance that they will have to make you wait until the end of add/drop date, since technically that's the last day you can enroll.

instead of the RESP letter, i used the proof of enrollment letter and it worked!!!!
