I have a PC. I click on connect to "MacConnect" and then it says I'm connected but have no internet access. I open up my browser thinking I'll have to enter in my Mac ID but it just doesn't load. :(

Use MacSecure. It's a lot better and all you have to do to connect is to enter your MacID. So when you go from one building to another, you will connect automatically to the Internet rather than entering your MacID everytime with MacConnect

What type of computer do you have, are you using wifi, and what browser are you using?
The more information you provide in your post, the better responses you shall receive, but your best bet is to ditch macconnect and go with macsecure.
