Can't Login to Mcmaster email?

Can't Login to Mcmaster email?
Everytime I go to login, I get this message.


Google Apps - Invalid Email Help|Sign out Invalid Email We are unable to process your request at this time, please try again later.

Any help would be appreciated.

My sister is a first year and is also having issues logging into her mac email.

Does she have to activate it or something??

Any help would be great, thank you

I'm assuming you have successfully logged in to your email before. If that is not the case than read here about activation http://www.mcmaster.ca/uts/email_accounts/macid.html


I have received that error in the past as well. Maybe 2-3 times? I was able to log in successfully after about 24 hours and I'm not sure what the cause is. I contacted UTS about it once, but received no response.
