I can't properly contact anyone at West Village Suites and I need to renew my lease
I've been trying to renew my lease for weeks. I called the number on building's website and I was told to come down to the front desk. When I did the people at the front desk said that there was a "list" and that I would be emailed a lease. Still no lease, even though that was at least 6 weeks ago. In the past few weeks, when I've come back to the building after class, nobody's been at the front at all. I tried emailing the building manager at least 4 weeks ago and no reply whatsoever.
When the management was changed, the new managers left no contact information at all and took the lease off the website. Canadian Campus Communities doesn't even seem to have a website (at least not one that I can find).
I tried calling Dundurn (old management) asking for the contact information for the new management, but they were no help at all and just gave me the building's website and the number listed there.
What should I do now?
