Change an appointment at the health and wellness centre on weekends
I made an appointment last week for Monday at 2:40pm at the health and wellness centre. I just realized that I have a 2.5 hour lab starting from 2:30pm. The health and wellness centre is only open on weekdays but they need an 12 hour notice for changing appointments in order to avoid a fine of $30.
Does anyone have an idea who I can call? :\

I've heard of the same issue happening where the appt was the day after labour day...I don't think they ended up charging, but see if you can call now and leave a message. If not, call first thing in the morning and hope for the best.

Call them right now and leave a message! Then maybe call them again tomorrow morning to confirm that they got your message - if you don't get a call back.

Then call as soon as they open tomorrow. Most doctors' offices require 12-24 business hours of notice, but I'm not sure if the one on campus is the same way. All you can do is call them ASAP, and if you have to pay then $30 isn't the end of the world.

Ahh, I don't understand how a lot of services on campus don't have answering machines :/.. Like Lauren said, call ASAP tomorrow, or better yet, go in? Maybe that way they won't charge you the fee!

I would go in first thing in the morning.

They are usually rushed in the morning so they probably won't pick up for about an hour.
