Charle's awesome i7 gaming computer [Pictures!]
Hey guys,

thought i would share the pictures of Charles' new desktop hes hiding at home, I helped him purchase/build the computer before the holidays. Cable management in the HAF was actually quite fun, we didn't run into any problems with these parts, as i researched them well, and they are all recommended!

Specs:
Intel Core i7 950 (3Ghz quad)
Corsair XMS3, 3*2GB DDR3-1600 (Tri-Channel)
Western Digital 2*500GB (data + backup)
Corsair 550W PSU
Sony Sata DVD-RW
Coolermaster HAF 912 case
Asus Wireless-N PCE-N13
Saphire HD 1GB 5770 graphics card
Asus p6x58D-E motherboard
logitech basic usb keyboard

total ~1000

Yea, an 'almost' comparable amd system is half the cost, lol. Ahhh, intel is WAY too expensive, but he wanted the i7. That being said, im actually looking to get an intel chip for my next laptop, as some of their laptop chips are very power efficient.

Gimme a sec, I'll updated this post with screenshots.

The Corsair H50/H80 CPU watercooling units are under $100, easy to setup, and they work.
