Checking voicemail on residence phones
I have a few messages saved on the residence phones. I can tell by the way the red light is on the phone.

I can get to the voicemail, but then it asks my mailbox number and password. I don't know these. Where can i find out?

Your mailbox number is your extension. It should be written somewhere on your phone...check for a 5-digit number somewhere.
Your temporary password is 1+your extension. I believe that after you enter the temporary password for the first time, you will be prompted to change it to something else.
