do we have to select the date and time of the labs and tutorials for each course when registering? If not, they will assign it to us, to fit our timetable, in august right?

You don't pick it now. They'll assign you to tutorial and lab an core times and then when you see your scheudle in august you can either leave it as it is or you can go into solar when it reopens and change things around for yourself.

I don't know about tutorials because all the classes I take have only 1 tutorial time, but labs seem to just be random and might even conflict with something else in which case you can change it in August when timetables are released

so all we have to do in MUGSI is pick the courses and core timings?

SOLAR will re-open on Monday, July 12th , 2010 to all undergraduate students for course changes.

- SOLAR closes for sectioning beginning Monday, August 2nd, 2010 at 10:30pm.

- Personal Timetables will be released on Monday, August 9th, 2010.

- SOLAR re-opens for students previously registered (and fees cleared) on Wednesday, August 11th , 2010 at 8:30am.
