Choosing a Non-Top 4 Second Year Major
Hey,

I have a quick question. Say after mounds of research, you decide that you want to do a major in a subject that was not selected in your top four choices on solar. Is there any way you are able to switch into that program and if so, how? Note that I meet the qualifications for majoring in this subject (in terms of the cutoff average and prerequisites), and the program is not strictly limited.

Thanks a bunch!

At this point, I would say contact your academic advisor since I think they can go into SOLAR and perhaps switch the choices that you have there. If you already have the pre-requisites, why not right?

If not, you can always shadow the program and switch into it for third year.

I actually got into Physio this way about a week ago. Email the undergraduate advisor for the department and they can check your requirements to admit you. If you don;t know your advisor, just email the faculty.
