Yeah...usually its 24hours or noon the day after. You can ask for those forms that allow you to leave later for certain reasons.

Where do you go if you're an international student? ...not that I am. I'm just wondering. Would that be one of the exceptions?

Elsewhere. They shut all the buildings on campus down, so there is nowhere for these students to go.

you could talk to the housing, and they might let you stay till the last day of exams so you could find a place to stay. But you will have to leave on the last day.

that's why they have some winter subletting webpage. You could live in a hotel, motel or with some people that you know.
There is no exception which will let anyone stay in rez for the complete duration of the break.
Your Access Card will be deactivated at 12pm (noon) on the day you're scheduled to move out. So be careful.

Huhn, learned something new. I guess it's time you start making some off-campus friends.

From the people that I talked to when I was in first year they always helped out the international students in finding places to stay. Especially if you don't have anyone that you know living in the area.
