Hi everyone.
I'm a first year student and I've already selected all of my courses but I was just wondering, when are club meetings often held? In the evenings? I'm wondering if it would be wise not to take courses in the evenings because of this. I'm interested in theater mostly. Are most theater club meetings in the evenings? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It really depends on when the club owner wants to have the meetings.

They usually try to accommodate for night classes so that you don't have to miss the entire meeting. Some clubs might wait and see who joins and what day works best for most people. It really just depends on the club president and executive team. One of my friends was part of McMaster Musical Theatre over the past two years and they had rehearsals/meetings on Sundays.

Usually they're held after 5 PM or on weekends to prevent interfering with class.

There's also the McMaster Thespian Society and another theatre club that you might be interested. You can try e-mailing, but most clubs are MIA for the summer
