Community Service?
I know you need the 40 hours of community service to graduate, but if you don't have them yet, does it affect your chance of acceptance?

Not graduating certainly affects your chances to get in. But no, I don't think they look at how many hours you completed, only that you have done them.

I'm pretty sure you can but you would need 40 hours before you graduate from high school or else they would revoke your offer of admission.

Yes, but they revoke your acceptance if the year ends before you finish your 40 hours.

You should have finished your community hours already. Looks like you'll have to start planning for a fifth year in high school...
