There is no cut off mark per se.
Basically, each program in engineering has a limited number of seats, and they fill those seats one by one from the students with the highest marks. The "cutoff" ends up being from the student with the lowest mark who got the last seat.
For management, people who have 6-7 generally get in (though they do sometimes take students with lower marks at the end of the summer or beginning of the year because some seats get opened up or added)
For comp, I dont know for sure, but it is always a small program, more due to the number of people who want to be in it than departmental capacity, from what I've noticed. So usually the "cutoff" is quite low. If you have marks high enough for management, then you will probably get into comp (unless everybody wants to go into comp this year).
As for the microeconomics mark, (ECON 1B03) you must have at least a 5. The course isnt too hard though, with a bit of effort you can easily swing a mark higher than that.
Also, just so you know, that course is not representative of the management program in anyway, so if you hated it, keep in mind that most other things you learn in management have little to do with that course material.
Good luck with program selections!
