Computer Science at Mac not accredited?
It doesn't seem to be listed on http://www.cips.ca/ComputerScience. Does anyone know why?

Because it isn't accredited as far as I'm aware (I'm in second year Comp. Sci.).
Not sure the reason for that really, perhaps it's too small a program? Only 50 people per year. Might be a good question for one of your Comp Sci profs.

I think that is the reason why it isn't accredited, because there are barely any graduates from Mac in that program.
I'm assuming Business Informatics isn't also accredited?

Business Informatics is most definitely not accredited, as far as I know Mac is actually the only university in Canada that offers a degree in Business Informatics. It's very popular in Europe but it is just making it's way over here.
There are only 6 people going into second year Business Informatics this year so that should give you an idea about how small it is.

I was seeing Sally Williams and I asked out of curiosity, she told me there were 6 people in Business Informatics Level II, so nice to meet you! Of course she could have meant 6 other people, but 6, 7, what's the difference lol.

I'm actually not sure, but if I was to guess I'd say around 50 or 60.
