You can still apply to OSAP. Entrance scholarship should be the same, I don't know how long that will take or if it will even show up on your payment agreement. Perhaps calling SFAS to ask about the entrance scholarship would help. Payment agreement has to be confirmed by September 1st and the payments have to arrive by the stated date on your payment agreement. The new student form should be filled out and sent to the Registrar, you'll have to pick up your student card when you get to McMaster though.

You can apply to OSAP on their website:
https://osap.gov.on.ca/OSAPPortal

Regarding McMaster entrance scholarships, you dont need to fill out anything for that- you are automatically considered based on your Grade 12 average.

Not to be rude, but did you not recieve any emails from Mcmaster or take any tutorials/presentations in high school to clarify this?? I think by now you should have researched OSAP because its a bit of a process and they need a lot of information on you and your parents. Go to the website, and have your personal information ready. As for paying Mcmaster, you do that in Mugsi under Student Acounts and Cashiers. You can pay online through your bank with all major banks besides CIBC, and i'm pretty sure that the entrance scholarship is automatic. You will want to get a move on with OSAP though because you will owe the school money as of Sept 1st and if you dont have your osap finalized, you will be responsible for paying the full amount
