Has anyone encountered any connecting issues with MacSecure or MacConnect on their android phone? It tries to connect then after it says obtaining ip, it connects and disconnects. Is there a work around to this issue?

I have a LG Optimus G, kitkat, rogers

I know my 5 year old laptop has problems connecting to MacConnect and MacSecure. It is like your phone...connects, disconnects....or connects but no internet connection no matter what I try like reconnecting, restarting, clearing all saved network settings...

If you are in a busy building, I found I have issues in the student center and the odd time in the libraries unless I have been there for at least an hour. Even then it doesn't always work.

I can't seem to find where to enter the certificate information.

When you connect, open your browser and I usually enter google.com or another non-secure website (otherwise browser may claim it is an insecure connection and block it) and then it redirects me to a log in page.
