Couple of GPA questions
1. I have taken more courses than required. In the degree audit, these extra courses are under the "courses not assigned to a requirement" section - are these still counted towards your GPA?
2. What about courses taken at another university? Are those counted towards your GPA?

And to whoever made the GPA Conversion spreadsheet... It's amazing, thank you!

Your GPA consists of every single course you`ve taken since undergrad. I`m pretty sure the ones not assigned to a requirement are just courses that are not specific to your degree.

Yup that makes sense - would be like taking an extra year to upgrade my GPA, so they would all be counted anyway. Thanks!

I'm 90% sure that courses taken at other universities just count as pass/fail and don't impact your GPA.

That's only for your average at Mac, I believe. If you apply to professional school, or just a different school, every mark is used to calculate the average.
