How much each course worth (by money not units)? I mean in tuition fee terms...

Depends on your program. There's a chart on the student accounts and cashiers website (a pdf file) that lists how much you pay per unit for each year of each program.
The tuition rates of international students went up 23% got social sciences and 32% in business. That's gotta suck. But most of them are rich so doubt most of them care

Something important to note tho, on the last link:
"Tuition fees are charged to a maximum of 30 units (33 for Engineering)"
So if the numbers don't add up and you're not overloading, here is why

I thought it meant that if I took over 33 units ( which all program in eng do) I'd be fine . A switch a 3 unit with a 4 unit course and got charged the extra 200/300 ( but it wasn't the exact same as the above charts )

The numbers should add up if you're not overloading, it's only when you overload that you've "maxed out" your tuition, so the numbers won't add up by unit. Every overload unit you take is free.
