So I finally got my res placement thing and Im stuck in Brandon hall on the quiet floor... Im not quiet and I hate quiet... Is there anyone that can save me because this is kind of a day ruiner.

itll all be the same. youre gonna make friends from all different residences hopefully, and from other floors in your own res. unless no one likes you. then it will suck. all res floors are pretty quiet anyways. being specifically listed as a quiet floor doesnt mean anything. it should only benefit you especially when midterm season starts. being able to study in your own room is something you will want if you care about your grades.

The quiet floor is rarely actually quiet ahha. When I was in first year it was one of the loudest floors, you'll be okay.

When I lived there last year 9 and 8 were NOT considered the quiet floors. It was def floor one which has like 5 rooms in total because the whole hall takes up room.

Anyone lived in a single room Brandon? I was in LP last year, the only thing that bothered me was the window that didn't open completely. I like the fact I got a single room except that the room got no personal washroom . Anyone have the pictures of a single room for Brandon? Or wanna describe the relative size of the room, hallway, washrooms..ect? It would be nicer if you can compare it to LP single room. Thanks!

Is that same for floor 10? were in you single? Can you describe more about the rooms, washrooms..ect. I really hoped for a single room with washroom but unfortunately I was put into single with no washroom...I urinate very often..washroom is worrying me a bit. lol

I am on the 11th floor and thinking the same thing! well at least i know my roomate and i have someone else to be loud with! lol

whoa I was on the quite floor last year.. penthouse.. most people mistakenly got the quite floor

one of the loudest floors.. just myself I got 3 minors FOR BEING LOUD whatever that's about xP

plus youll meet a lot of people on your floor and all other floors where you can chill

Quiet floors are 11th and 10th. Are they quiet? Really just depends on who happens to live there. If it was anything like last year, we were (11th) the loudest floor in Brandon. Sooooooo many noise complaints.
