I suspect I'll be snickered at but what makes a floor substance free? What does that mean?

I believe it means free of alcohol

That makes the most sense as all residences should be free of drugs and smoking isn't allowed on any floor

I guess that's why I questioned it, I assumed all residences were substance free. Didn't realize it meant alcohol. Or something. Who knows - I'm tired after staying up all night with MUGSI last night.

I lived on 4th floor last year (435). Best one, because its high enough up that you aren't judged TOO much for taking the elevator, but its low enough that you can take the stairs if the elevators are slow or broken (like they always are).

Damn, seriously? the 10th floor is the substance free floor? haha. unlucky me :S does that mean i can't bring anything into my room or what?
