thats good then I wont run a hub. Its better if all users are in one hub rather then divided between two. So is the speed like really fast because its on a high speed LAN? Since I have access to private torrents what I can do is download all of the new things which appear on torrents first and then share it with you guys ...after all thats the whole point of DC++ lol.

1) Open DC++, go to settings
2) Go to sharing, click on add folder. The mac hub won't let you connect unless you have something like 500 MB available for sharing. Also, you need at least 2 upload slots open (see picture).
3) After the program hashes your files, click on the gold star on the top menu; it'll open your list of favourite hubs. Click new, and add machub.dyndns.org as the address (put whatever name and description you want)
4) Double click the hub after it's been added to your list of favourites and you should be connected to the network. Finally, click on the magnifying glass to search for files.
5) Enjoy.

edit :: sharing limit was recently changed to 500 MB.

The uploader's slots are probably in use. I think queued files download automatically, but if they don't try again in like 20 seconds (literally)

I am currently unable to download because of an 'error creating magnet registry key'. Does anyone know what this is, and how to fix it?

I'm not entirely sure what it means, but I get that same message and I'm still able to download files. Try changing DC++'s default folder download folder (settings-->downloads)

its just a matter of changing some settings and torrents work at mac, not because it is access to private torrents.

OK, I went to go on DC++ today, but the hub wasn't working. It said 'the requested address is not valid in its context'. What's going on? It usually logs in automatically.

It's working now. That was odd.
