Dentist on Campus?
Is there a Dentist on campus or at the Hospital that we can make appointments with?
Do they have a phone number?
Thanks.

I actually got my teeth cleaned there last Wednesday. The people there are pretty nice and friendly. Was a pretty decent experience. The dentist office itself looks kind of odd, but I guess that's to be expected when it's crammed behind Travel Cuts =P.
My cleaning was covered by the MSU Insurance plan, but they charged me first, and then they sent out a cheque to reimburse the cleaning fully. Just make sure you have some money you can pay with before you go =]

Do a quick search on MacInsiders and you'll find something written on the Campus Dentist: http://www.macinsiders.com/showthread.php?t=2078 4
From what I've heard they've been good, the biggest advantage being that you can use the MSU Dental Plan and the convenience of the location

Most dentists should accept it. My regular family dentist does. Unfortunately, the account is never set up write (MSU / Insurer's fault?) so it takes some paperwork but I got part of my wisdom teeth covered by it.

I'm pretty sure that's the case for most people. When I got my wisdom teeth out off campus in Toronto, they usually couldn't file it electronically, and had to do some paperwork. =]

I've used the MSU plan for both my regular cleanings and wisdom teeth
If you pick up the dental claim form up from the MSU office (it's right at the clerk there) and bring that in when you get your work done, it should be fine. Your dental office just needs the plan info etc

Where it's located is probably the best thing they have going for them. As mentioned, you can use the MSU coverage at other dentists. Since this is located on campus I can see students switching over for convenience.

Ancaster Dental Arts ftw! They only make you pay any difference from the MSU dental plan, no mucking around with reimbursements etc. Also, you get a cab to their place. Also, they're cool guys, do a very good job.
EDIT: got my wisdom teeth(the upper ones) in 10min flat, we timed it. Went home and ate(slowly and carefully, but could eat).
