It's on at 9:00pm tonight on Showtime if you have the channel. I don't so I usually go to http://watch-series.com/serie/dexter they have the best links and they're up pretty fast.
Man I can't WAIT! After the crazy finale last season, I'm super excited to see what happens next.

Really? I don't think that ending was at all predictable. It seemed like the writers just threw that in to spark Dexter convos all summer long lol.

I knew it was going to be someone, but I didn't know who (I had a good guess tho lol) or how gruesome it was going to be. Especially the parallel to what happened to Dexter when he was younger.

I like how this topic is more about how to watch the show illegally than actual discussion.
Guess I'll start then. There will be spoilers (as they occur) from this point forward, obviously, though I generally don't watch the previews for next week's episodes.
...So yeah.
The premiere, like many have said, felt more like a conclusion to season 4 than an actual premiere. It's to be expected, but it was still a good episode. Extremely depressing to watch, especially with Rita's innocence highlighted in the flashbacks.
Which were great, by the way. I like how they emphasized (with a sad sort of hilarity) how awkward Dexter was before he met her, though the way he acted I find it really odd Rita even bothered calling him back. "You make me feel...good" seemed a little out-of-place though, considering she barely knew him.
Uh...Dexter's way of telling the kids what happened also somehow blended hilarity with sorrow. "I'm sorry for your loss", while wearing the Mickey Mouse hat, was great.

Deb is a strange strange chick. First she does a great deed by cleaning up the blood so that her brother doesn't have to see it again...but then moments later she ironically jumps Quinn while still in that same house. The awkwardness of it made me laugh lol, but they showed the WRONG ass at the end of that scene! NO one wants to see that haha...
And my craving for a Dexter kill was satisfied, even though a little immoral and messy  |
