I never really got into Dexter. I watched the first two episodes, and then I kept hearing that the show's quality fluctuates A LOT. Someone told me to skip like half the seasons. I might give it a try after I watch The Wire, though. I hear it's even better than Breaking Bad, which I can't believe.

Breaking Bad is definitely better than Dexter. No doubt about it and I'm a huge fan of both shows.
Also, don't skip the any of the episodes. honestly every season was entertaining except for season 5 where it did get a bit boring.

All Deb does is cry and all Dexter does is act like he's all emotionless but since the writers can't get their shit straight he's actually showing emotion 99% of the time...

It could be character development! I mean he's becoming more and more human with a son and all. Deb is annoying though. I have a feeling Laguerta's going down this season...
