They get mailed to the person who pays your tuition. They are usually at my house 1 week after final postings on grade report and degree audit.

1- I actually needed the transcripts mailed.
2- have nothing to hide
3- I pay my own tuition.

If you need a transcript mailed then you need to submit a transcript request and specify that.
Anyways, I think it explains this somewhere in the course calendar if you want more detail, but it's pretty simple

You can just mail in a transcript request form and they will send one to you free of charge. If you need one ASAP, there is a rush transcript form but it comes with a $15 fee. Below is the link.
