ohh okay. yeah i tried to change my timetable but unfortunately those are the only times those courses are being taught and they are a prereq for my program so i'll just have to deal with the long breaks i guess. Plus, i am also commuting. Thanks so much for the help!

As the fine people above me have stated, yes you must use the Master Timetable.
I preferred Google Calendar to Excel and I had 2 Google accounts so I drew up 1st term and 2nd term (but Google will email you notifications when it thinks you have Econ 1B03 )

I liked Google because you can drag and drop and mess around with your "events" (classes) without the pain of deleting them and retyping everything.

However, after jumping on the Mac bandwagon, I now recommend iCal.
It just feels much more efficient to me and I like the possibility of drawing up different Calendars in different colours

I believe you can sync iCal and Google Calendar...

I use Google calendar, which syncs with the goosync tool to Outlook Express, which then syncs with my Sony PC Ericsson Software, which then connects to the Bluetooth adapter outside of my Windows XP emulator, which then finally syncs with my phone. I'm surprised this works most of the time...

Yep, you can sync pretty much anything these days.

YES! Excel FTW!!!!!!!! Lol, I use Excel for EVERYTHING! I especially used it for Physics labs. It's really fast for doing hundreds of calculates in seconds!
