I think it's 6 months, but your best bet is to call or go into a bank and ask. Some government cheques do not expire, ever. But since OSAP is for school payments, I believe the philosophy is that if you havent used it after 6 months, you dont need it, and its cancelled.

Could I ask for the cheque to be reissued?
