I've taken to eating a lot of greek yogurt lately. There are 15 grams of protein in 3/4 of a cup so it will stay with you all afternoon! I buy vanilla greek yogurt and frozen berries (they're so much cheaper than fresh), then I defrost the berries in the microwave and add them to the yogurt. Voila! Lunch.

That's a good idea! I haven't done that. You can also toast some oats in a pan over the stove with some sugar and add that! That makes it like a dessert.
