How do you sign in to your McMaster email? - MacInsiders - Student-run McMaster University Help Forum

I tried searching the forums but ran into a problem

Another thread suggested that I go this website: https://muss.cis.mcmaster.ca and login using my mac ID/password

But when I do it just tells me 'incorrect password or account name'. The thread says that I would use the same information I'd log in to mugsi with but thats exactly what I'm doing and I can't get in.

I've tried putting @mcmaster.ca at the end of my ID and it still won't let me

Any ideas?

That was the old system, before we switched over to Gmail! Use the studentmail website (with just your MacID, no @mcmaster.ca as your usernam)
