Hi, how do I get into google account with my macID?
I typed in my [email protected] and my password, it didn't work.

You have to set up the email first before you can use it.
I believe if you go to the Mugsi page and click Email by Google it should give you an option to set up your account.

You cant log in through the normal g-mail log in.

After activating your account, as Philipp said,
Go to Gmail.com > type in your: [email protected] > Click on Sign In.
You'll come to a Confirmation Page - Click I agree.
Then put in your MacID & Password. & Log In.

Also, I just type in your mac id and password. Without the "@mcmaster.ca"

To get the email.

1 login to your mugsi acount
2 Click on to My Mugsi
3 bellow the writing there will be a few options in blue... click to the one that says " Enable Mac ID Services"
4 then it will say that the email will be activated in 24 hours, and they give you a link to check afterwards to confirm it works.

I also did not see any option to set up acount on the link given in this thread ("https://sso.mcmaster.ca/shibboleth-idp/Authn/UserPassword).
