Alright, so I was one of the unlucky who didn't get into the discipline of his choice as of a few hours ago. Does anyone know what the process of switching disciplines require? Is there a way to do it without wasting several thousand dollars and a year taking courses for the discipline I did get accepted to, even if they won't help in the long run?

You should really just go talk to an academic adviser they are really helpful.
