I don't think any of them do.

There's a page on the housing website that lists everything each of the rooms comes with, though. You should check it out.

There's a chart as well as links to each building, with the type of rooms in each.

I'm pretty sure LP is the only building that has rooms with washrooms, although I was told that other buildings have a few random rooms that do.
