They do have it in database, but I don't think they will or they would consider it low priority. I would think it would take a couple months at least. If this is for your McMaster card you can take pictures in a photobooth and just submit the one you like.

Why don't you just scan your licence and crop the picture, and then print it on photo paper (you can do that at places like walmart probably). Look up the dimensions of passport photos and print that size
