The registrar wants to convince the University to put $20 million dollars into a brand new registration system.

The layout is very similar to Western's OWL. having used both I must say that the announcements feature is nicer and it is equally well organized. in our OWL course we didn't much use the site for replies and such so I'm not sure how the blog vs. thread type will work but it looks nice and organized.
it seems that ELM is more professor friendly which is nice for them I guess.

does anyone know if this is replacing Learnlink as well or if its just WebCT?

So, I checked today and to my wonder I was able to login to ELM. Looks cool. I was wondering if anyone is seeing last year's courses in ELM yet. They said:

The CLL has successfully migrated 95% of Fall 2008- and January 2009-start WebCT courses into ELM format. Log into ELM, click the "Courses" tab, and review the information under "ELM Announcements" on how to get started.

But none of my courses are up... I mean, it's possible that all my courses fall under that 5% but seriously?

And also, not very important, but does anyone know when the courses for this year will be up? I'm just curious ^-^
