Easy electives are things you're interested in.
Honestly, you gave absolutely no information to go off of (such as what program you're in) and there are a ton of threads about "easy first year electives", "easy second year electives", etc that you can look at anyways. On top of that, the list of courses available this summer hasn't been released
You register for second year about the same time you did for first year last year...June-July, as per the schedule that the registrar sets out. I don't know if they have released it yet since it's a bit early, but you can always go to their website and check.
