2D03 is more memorization of facts and 2J03 is more graphs and simple math. I did well in both of them. 2D03 had three small assignments (just questions you had to answer, where the answers were pretty much straight out of the courseware) and 2J03 had a small essay. I probably preferred 2D03 but 2J03 is more micro-based.
