Elm Problem
So one of my courses is up on elm but if i click on it, a window pops up saying i dont have a compatible browser. it provides a link to get help and that link is "page not found"
this is realllly annoying i wish i could use webCT again!!

Does the original page actually go to the courses though? That's how it is for me. It goes to the courses page and the pop-up appears. I just close the pop-up and continue with my business.

Hmmm, try using Internet Explorer. That's the supported browser for ELM... sadly.

Ive been trying to log on.. and it says "Could not login. Valid authentication credentials were not provided."...
However, I was able to log on before and it worked..

One of my profs today said that elm works best on firefox. For me, its working fine on both IE and firefox though

I got that message... but I tried it on IE like how jhan recommended and it works.

Is it just me or does it take ridonculously long for anything on ELM to load? Even getting to my courses takes a looong time
|

it's slow for me too.. and not all my courses are posted yet which is annoying because I have some review work I wanted to do tonight cause of a busy weekend... I'm ever so pissed.

I'm glad to see it's not only me who finds it slow. I've tried it on three different computers with three different internet connections and it's still extremely slow. I feel that this should be called ELF instead, Epic Learning Fail.

my problem is that it can't even log me in. every time i try to log in it would refresh the login page. sometimes it would also give me a "the page cannot be displayed" page.
is anyone else having this problem?

YUP. Did you try with IE? I have not.

i only use IE
i even re-activated my mac id and deleted the cache.. something they suggested in trying under "having problems logging in?"

ya i cant access any of my courses in firefox, but Internet Explorer seems to be working fine so far.
