who to email?

Jeanne Hopkins

or

Academic Coordinator: Ruth Nicholson

or

Associate Dean of Engineering: Ken Coley

The prof name is not up on the master timetable yet.

Depends when you ask them, if it's a mandatory course they have to open a spot for you. They can't prevent you from moving to the next year or graduating.
