Mandatory course full
Im in second year engineering and Chem 1AA3, which is mandatory for me, is full.

should i not be guaranteed a spot for a mandatory course? what should i do? contact engineering services immediately or go crazy on solar the next few days hoping for a spot to open up?

You should contact an advisor in the chemistry department, as it is a chemistry course. Just go on the department website and a list of contacts should be there. If it is absolutely required for you, they will probably give you a seat, but they might tell you to watch SOLAR until the end of your week, and THEN they will give you the seat. Either way, if it is required, you will get a seat in the end.

Contact them, or keep trying. They might open up more spots in the next couple days if alot of people are in your position
