What if you don't get into any of the streams you selected? What are your options?

Then that sucks... but as long as you have a 4.0 you will get into something. I guess you could always repeat first year and get the required avg for the stream

I heard some people actually did this.

The procedure then is to just add the coursed that needed mark upgrade when SOLAR opened instead of Year II courses? Or do I need to fill out some "loserRi" form?

Is this the only option?

They put you into any stream as long as you have a 4.0 average... Not all the streams get filled up, so the ones that have openings, you get put into.

I was thinking of Culinary Art too. What faculty is that under?

So they put you into any streams even if it is not in your choices? Or out of those choices, one had to have a space?

You are so right Stock, or may I call you Blu? I don't know why I did not see it before. In the end, those 4 little words of your really opened up my eyes.

Wanna go out for a drink? I feel like it is the least I could do for this enlightenment. I will try to contain myself while you conjure up another insightful reply.

MacInsiders, you really are the gem of McMaster. :-)

PHLN, I'm sorry that you seeked solace on an internet forum and found reality.

I'm going to Starbucks tomorrow afternoon, please, feel free to join me for a coffee.

I enjoy watching people cry :-)

Pigs don't cry. All they do is squeal loudly. Their squeals can actually deafen you. I was trying to find a video to illustrate this but end up finding this cute gem instead.

I want a kid now. Should I just find a job and settle down my dear Blu? There are plenty of crazy for me to stick it in if the current one won't comply.

Speaking of coffee tomorrow. It sounds great. What time will you be around by? Afternoon is so vague. What will you be wearing? All I have of you to go by is your wisdom and the blue sneakers in your avatar (Can you wear that tomorrow?).

Aww... And here I thought it was like the silence flatulence I passed earlier at work (where unlike this situation, no one noticed!).

Yes, any stream that is available. Usually, ones that less people apply to dont get filled up, such as software, so if you meet the requirement for sfwr, you get put into that. If you dont want that, you must repeat first year (or at least courses you did bad in) and retry next year.

On an unrelated note, your obsession with pigs is a little frightening.
