Umm... i think you are slightly misinformed. There is definitely a bigger difference than just one elective. An entire additional year is added on in the management program because you are constantly taking commerce courses throughout the 4 years after first year.

About reinstatement for eng
you get ur GPA erased but you keep all the completed units which you achieved greater then a C- (including)

but I got into commerce and they have it harder, u have to start from the begging and even if you got a 12 in a course you have to repeat it
