hey im currently choosing which program i want to be in next year but im little confused on how it works. If i choose Civil Engineering with Management does that mean its only selecting that stream or is it that if i dont get into that field it drops down to Civil Engineering and puts me in that instead?

Im kind of confused because we only get 4 choices and it seems kind of redundant if i put

Civil Engineering with Management as my 1st choice and then

Civil Engineering as my second choice
