The first one looks good. If you keep your chem lab at 11:30 you'll be done class super early on Tuesdays which gives you more time to study which is awesome! Personally, I would leave it that way.

Since Math is mandatory there is basically no way that you are going to be done before 6pm in second term. You finish at 6:30, which really isn't that bad, even if you are commuting. If you're on campus, you have time to eat dinner before hand so after class you can just study anyway.

Both timetables look good. You need to keep in mind that the timetables are made by the school, and when they are released in early August courses that you have on your timetable generator ones may be full and you might not/probably won't be able to switch into them.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me!

I'd want to finish early. So we don't get to choose our cores, tutorials etc? :s
I'd like time to relax and study too.

You can try to move things around, but no you don't get to choose things really. You can choose your cores, tutorials and labs once your timetable is made, but you risk dropping your current one and not being able to get into the ones you want because they are full. I would advise against trying to move things around because it is difficult and will likely cause conflicts with your schedule. Try not to worry about it to much right now, and just wait until your timetable comes out in August.
