is this a difficult or a easy course? how much is the work load? would it be possible to get a good mark in this class?

Also I dropped CLASSICS 1B03 for this course. Do you think I made the right choice? I just need a course without a heavy work load t bring up my grades.

But I do enjoy greek and roman mythology, and I also love poetry such as poem by sylvia plath, poe..ect.

It depends on the prof and it may change from year to year. It is a fairly straightforward course. Do all of the readings, attend all lectures, type up what your prof is saying and memorize the details of those notes. Understand the overarching concepts, sure, but also make sure you know the analysis behind the stories inside and out. You don't have to know the ins and outs of every story, but know it well.

You will have 2 essays. Write them well in advance, make sure you have a clear thesis and see your TA for help.

The exam usually involves passage analysis.

It is very possible to do very well.
